Dharma Dialogue | Diana Kosei Hartel and Sam Sokyo Randall

Sam Sokyo talks with Diana Kosei about living a life of vow, the distinctions between dharma practice and somatic therapy, harmonizing the coarse sensory body with the subtle, collective, and spiritual bodies, integrating Earth and indigenous wisdom alongside the Zen tradition, grounding through prayer and ritual in social action, embodied resonance in creative practice, and embracing everything in spiritual practice.
