Helpful guidelines from Eon Zen for practicing in an online zendo

  • Zen Hang

A weekly meetup to talk about practice (and life!) every Friday after the 15 minute sit, from 12:15-12:45-ish MST . Bring a question or topic about meditation or life and hear from others about their experiences.

Come for the 15 minute meditation at 12pm MST on Fridays and stay for the conversation afterward, or join shortly after 12:15pm MST for the hang - either way, all are welcome!

    Hosted by Sam Sokyo

  • Book Study Group

For this first discussion, pease read the "The Theme of My Life" in the prefaces and the first two chapters "Practice and Persimmons" and "The Meaning of Zazen."
