Zen Hang
A weekly meetup to talk about practice (and life!) every Friday after the 15 minute sit, from 12:15-12:45-ish MDT. Bring a question or topic about meditation or life and hear from others about their experiences.
Come for the 15 minute meditation at 12pm MDT on Fridays and stay for the conversation afterward, or join shortly after 12:15pm MDT for the hang - either way, all are welcome!

We suggest meditating outside to connect more deeply with the Earth and the elements, if you are able, or, if inside, face toward window or with natural objects in your space. Sitting in stillness and silence in relationship with the Earth and the Moon, we honor the oneness and interconnectedness of all life.
